Initiate Your Request
Log into your RLSS Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is unused, then include the printed RMA form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
